• Step 1: The Free Consultation & Proposal: Everything starts with a conversation. We will meet with you at your home to take precise measurements, discuss your vision, and provide a free project quote. This is where we learn exactly what you're looking for in your new bathroom. (Please note* It may take us a few days to provide an accurate quote based on 3rd party estimates)

• Step 2: Hiring & greementt: Once you decide to move forward with My Express Kitchen & Bath, we finalize the agreement and payment schedule. At this stage, we require 50% down (or the cost of materials, whichever is greater)  to secure your project on our calendar and begin ordering supplies.

• Step 3: Exclusive Personal Design Service: This is where the magic happens! Ocee you've signed with us, you receive my personal design service. I will work side-by-side with you to navigate the selection process. We'll visit local manufactures in Columbus or right here in the Chillicothe area to hand pick your "Big Ticket" items- from vanities and flooring to shower surrounds- ensuring your style is perfectly captured.

• Step 4: Professional Installation: Dedicated to your project- Our team manages the entire timeline with a level of commitment that sets us apart. We believe in doing the job right- and doing it efficiently:

 Preparation First: We make sure that all materials have  been received and inspected before we ever start demolition. This prevents unnecessary delays once the work begins. Our Undivided Attention:; Once we start your project, you have our full focus. We don't pull off the job to start other work, we don't miss days, and we never go MIA.  Consistency: We stay on site and on task until your bathroom is complete, keeping the workspace clean and the communication open, with the founders directly, every step of the way. 

A bathroom should be as durable as it is beautiful. We use only the highest quality materials to ensure your shower refresh or master bath remodel stands the test of time.
